The Kumarakom chain of restaurants is a family run business. It saw its origin in Kottayam Kerala, where Sojan and Mercy a dynamic and enterprising husband-wife duo stepped into the hospitality business with small outdoor catering parties. The first Kumarakom Restaurant started in Chennai in the year 2001and has grown to 20 branches with outlets in Chennai, Coimbatore & Bangalore.
